Engineered for aggressive material removal, this thickness planer series provides a maximum cutting depth of up to 8mm in a single pass. It significantly accelerates the timber flattening process in high-volume production workshops, reducing the number of passes needed per board.
2. Heavy-Duty 3-Phase Cutter Block
Equipped with high-output 3-phase motors (up to 7.5 kW) and a precision-balanced cutter block rotating at 4800 r/min. The advanced multi-knife setup delivers an exceptionally smooth surface finish on both softwoods and dense hardwoods, minimising sanding requirements downstream.
3. Variable Feeding Speed & Stable Feeding Motor
Features a versatile feeding speed range of 5-20 m/min, driven by a dedicated independent feeding motor. This allows operators to match the feed rate with the timber characteristics for optimal sizing accuracy and surface quality across different wood species.
4. Robust Industrial Build & Precise Table Adjustment
Built with a massive cast-iron worktable (up to 1050×632mm) and reinforced frame structure, minimising vibration during operation. The machine features an independent motorised rise/fall system (0.33 kW) for effortless and precise thickness calibration.
