Precision CNC Machining & Welding Process
1. High-Precision Laser Cutting
Utilizing industrial-grade fiber laser cutting centers (Model 3015 series), we execute micron-level accuracy in heavy steel plate shearing, providing a perfectly aligned foundation for the machinery frames.
2. Heavy-Duty Plate Bending
Multi-station heavy CNC bending and shearing workstations guarantee perfect geometric angles for heavy sheet metals, preventing structural stress points and ensuring decades of rigidity.
3. Precision Robotic Welding
To ensure flawless weld penetration and zero thermal deformation, critical structural parts are welded via automated robotic arms, offering maximum stability for high-vibration sawmill environments.
