The Forwood 4-Sided Moulder Series delivers reliable, high-volume wood profiling with a proven 6-spindle layout, direct-drive permanent magnet motors, and full CNC digital control. Designed for planing mills, flooring lines, and furniture factories that need consistent throughput and fast changeovers.

- 6-spindle heavy-duty design — Double-layer worktable with Φ50 mm spindles and external bearings handle continuous full-load operation.
- Permanent magnet motors — Direct-connected reducers deliver high torque at lower energy consumption, with less heat buildup during long runs.
- CNC touch-screen control — Digital spindle positioning with independent axis adjustment. Real-time position readouts make size changes fast and repeatable.
- Generous working range — Models cover 260-400 mm width and 200-300 mm thickness. Second bottom spindle accepts up to Φ250 mm saw blades.
- Upgraded feeding system — Cylindrical column frame with Φ180 mm upper feed wheels and multiple support rollers for smooth, chatter-free material transport.
