The Forwood Automatic Electronic Cross Cut-off Saw is engineered for continuous, high-volume crosscutting of wood panels, timber, and heavy planks with industrial-grade efficiency and precision. Perfect for wood pallet manufacturing plants, this intelligent system completely eliminates traditional manual measurements and material waste.
Equipped with a highly adaptive built-in optimization program, operators can pre-set, edit, and save multiple cutting patterns directly through the centralized interface. Driven by a high-torque servo feeding rack, the system guarantees perfectly square cuts, making it the ultimate raw material crosscutting station.

Mode 1: Manual Measurement Mode (Sequence Sizing)
Ideal for executing dynamic cutlists from a single raw timber piece. The operator inputs the known raw board length, and then programs up to 8 different target cut dimensions with respective quantities. The servo system then automatically executes the programmed sequence in real-time.
Mode 2: Auto-Measurement Mode (Smart Defect Sizing)
Maximizes pure speed. The integrated pneumatic sensor array automatically detects the actual length of the incoming board. The operator only needs to define 1 target size and select it from the pre-saved size library; the saw then continuously and automatically chops the maximum yield.

Integrated Size Library: Auto-measurement mode retrieves standard international pallet block / stringer sizes instantly from a secure local memory database.
Versatile Saw Options: Available with industrial Ø450mm, Ø550mm, or Ø600mm premium alloy circular saw blades to match specific depth requirements.
Modular Infeed Tables: Standard material handling beds are available in 2000mm, 4000mm, or heavy-duty 6000mm scales, with fully tailored sizing configurations on demand.
